I designed and led social media growth operations that enabled me, as a single operator, to manage 20–30 client accounts across multiple devices. I built a system of structured 1–5 minute engagement cycles, layered throughout the day, which allowed me to deliver between 30 minutes and 10+ hours of authentic organic growth per client each month — calibrated to billing tiers and client goals. I developed a strategy that turned targeted audience discovery into meaningful engagement and measurable client results. To maximize efficiency, I engineered a custom workflow optimization and time-tracking system that monitored my engagement activity across devices. By identifying and scaling high-yield engagement paths, I drove rapid follower growth while building tailored retention strategies to sustain long-term loyalty. To multiply creative output, I built a modular content creation framework in Adobe Illustrator, connected to a centralized, token-driven asset library that automatically organized client uploads — logos, fonts, images, colors, etc. With as few as 10 core assets, I could generate 100+ unique, brand-consistent variations, formatted for Instagram Stories, feed posts, and digital ads. Using a mix-and-match system of predefined layouts, I produced scalable iterations that balanced automation with a designer’s final polish. From daily posting for small businesses to rapid, tailored variations for enterprise-scale campaigns, the system supported growth at every level.Once completed, graphics were exported and routed for automated scheduling via platforms like Sprout Social, aligned to each client’s required cadence for peak account performance. I also built a self-serve client portal, enabling uploads, scheduling, approvals, growth-hour management, posting preferences, and payments — all integrated into a backend system with automated notifications. This reduced repetitive work by over 77%, enabled true multi-account scalability, and freed me to focus on high-value initiatives such as brand consultation, creative direction, and campaign strategy. I engineered a full-stack growth system—a hybrid of marketing strategy, workflow automation, and creative production.
