Global Mounjaro
Consulted with VP of Global Mounjaro and the Brand Director to design and deliver comprehensive HCP and consumer customer journey maps and interconnected digital ecosystem maps for the global Mounjaro brand. These visualizations clarified multi-channel entry points, uncovered gaps in content and workflow, highlighted redundant touchpoints, and provided a structured framework for strategic planning, process alignment, and future-state ecosystem design. I defined the methodology, organized internal data, and orchestrated the visual design of maps, diagrams, and charts using Adobe Suite and Figma, ensuring that complex relationships, data flows, and personalization opportunities were clearly communicated. The deliverables were presented to global Mounjaro executives and now serve as a template for digital ecosystem mapping for other brands, including Zepbound. By providing a clear, strategic overview of customer and HCP experiences, these maps enabled teams to identify efficiency opportunities, streamline journeys, and make informed decisions about content, touchpoints, and engagement strategy, supporting more cohesive and actionable global marketing initiatives.
