Proactively conceived and engineered a pioneering enterprise workload optimization system serving 100+ global team members. The platform consolidated capacity trackers, work queues, designer, and teamwork proficiencies into a unified interface, dynamically allocating tasks based on individual capacity, strengths, and availability, with partial tasks split to ensure top talent focused on the most critical components. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma, 5 Whys, and structured root-cause analysis, I diagnosed workflow inefficiencies, optimized processes, and standardized leadership communications to reduce confusion and foster autonomy. Conceived in under a week and deployed within 60 days, the initiative included a four-stage rollout, detailed implementation plans, training resources, and standardized protocols for updates and handoffs. The system increased project capacity by ~20% and accelerated turnaround by over 55%, enabling 7-day tactics to complete in 3–4 days. It set a new standard for workflow management, influenced cross-team process sharing, evolved with the full Adobe stack, and integrated cross-software solutions. Team members recognized its impact through Inspire Points, highlighting enhanced efficiency, creative control, employee satisfaction, and capacity to deliver higher-profile projects, demonstrating strategic, operational, and innovative leadership.
