Engineered and deployed an enterprise-scale, modular Adobe Extender and custom UI scripting system for the team (30+ designers, 10+ leads, 100+ team members, including global teams like LCCI India), incorporating JavaScript, AI prompt engineering, and extensible system design. Built a framework that allowed users to select and configure workflows to automate any redundant or repetitive tasks—including QC checks, screenshot and storyboard automation, sizing, composition, multi-artboard animations, and regulatory compliance—while providing a custom modular interface with linked assets, smart layers, and standardized nomenclature to maximize creative flexibility. Identified previously unrecognized organizational workflow inefficiencies, presented actionable problems and solutions to leadership, and drove rapid implementation across teams. Developed most solutions in under a week, with full adoption across multiple brands and global teams, continuing into 2026.
