Faced with siloed workflows, inconsistent content, slow turnaround, and labor-intensive manual QA, I was engaged to design and implement enterprise-scale creative workflow solutions at Lilly Marketing Studios, impacting over 100 U.S. and India-based team members as well as cross-functional partners including Digital, Tech@Lilly, Creative Circle, Adobe, and PwC. I led initiatives across three pillars: BRIX, modularizing and uploading over 220 Visual Representations (VisReps) into AEM with automated QA, standardized templates, and self-serve training; Adobe GenStudio + Figma, developing 20+ modular templates and plugin workflows to enable designers, writers, and creative leads to rapidly produce flexible, brand-aligned content for social, digital leave-behinds, and display assets with AI-assisted copy and imagery; and Adobe Express, creating platform templates and system architecture to streamline production, reduce bottlenecks, and allow non-design stakeholders to edit content while maintaining brand compliance. By integrating human-centric workflows, modular systems, automation, and cross-platform processes, these initiatives delivered ~17% increased project capacity, 64% faster turnaround for 7-day tactics, and >65% reduction in manual QC errors, while establishing standardized, scalable workflows adopted enterprise-wide. Strategic presentations to the CEO, iterative feedback sessions, and Inspire Point recognition highlighted the first-of-its-kind innovation, demonstrating my ability to combine technical, creative, and operational leadership to unify processes, elevate output, and empower teams to collaborate efficiently and creatively.
