Over my tenure at Lilly, I lead the creation of 150+ high-impact creative and design initiatives across global brands including Mounjaro, Verzenio, Jaypirca, Omvoh, Taltz, Zepbound, and Kisunla BU. These spanned consumer and HCP touchpoints—from social campaigns, digital leave-behinds, and banner ads to print, web, email, and internal visual assets. Leveraging a versatile toolkit—Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Web Designer, Microsoft Office, AI platforms, and Prism—I delivered consistently refined, brand-aligned creative across channels, driving measurable business outcomes including increased campaign visibility and higher ROI. I embedded innovation, process optimization, and cross-functional enablement into every project. My strategies drove up to 63% higher HCP engagement on key tactics, strengthening collaboration with Marketing Ops, Lilly Marketing Studios, and external partners. To accelerate production, I even authored a custom Adobe Illustrator board with smart layers and a nomenclature-driven file system, enabling designers to generate up to 100 artboard variations in under 30 minutes—from typography shifts to image crops—while seamlessly exporting to After Effects for motion. Beyond execution, I led two global Designer Forums, crafting immersive presentations and providing mentorship on design fundamentals, workflow efficiency, and creative strategy. By orchestrating complex, multinational initiatives and balancing modular scalability with bespoke storytelling, I helped deliver compliant, visually compelling projects that deepened engagement and elevated Lilly’s brand presence.
